The materials are easy to understand and they lay out the details of the whole process very clearly. The website is clear and easy to navigated and the automated forms are a godsend. I had a very positive experience with untie online.  I opted for the middle pricing tier and was very satisfied with response time and quality of the service. Untie Online was the perfect option for me.  Every step was thoroughly explained and easy to execute.  If I had any questions, an attorney was just an email away.  The questions or requests were answered quickly and they made it easy to understand.  If I needed verbiage in a template changed for my unique situation, they were able to quickly change it.
